Julia McGhee a4553fbeae Fix Gitea service names: gitea-http → gitea-helm-http ...

The Gitea Helm chart names services as gitea-helm-http and
gitea-helm-ssh, not gitea-http/gitea-ssh. Update IngressRoute
and runner deployment to match.
