Bump gitea-mcp builder to Go 1.24 to satisfy toolchain requirement 
gitea-mcp@v1.0.1 requires go >= 1.26 toolchain directive which Go 1.22
cannot handle. Go 1.24 supports automatic toolchain resolution.
