Julia McGhee	a60754d5a2	Fix boot state sharing across Next.js module boundaries ... Use globalThis for all in-memory stores (credentials, models, agents, tasks) so the instrumentation hook and API route handlers share the same data. The act_runner entrypoint ignores CONFIG_FILE for the daemon command, so container.options (pnpm cache volume) never loads. Remove actions/setup-node and pnpm/action-setup which hang in Gitea Actions. Use corepack enable + pnpm directly.
