Fix longhorn-nvme: add storageclass.yaml to Longhorn kustomization

The longhorn-nvme StorageClass was defined but never included in the
Longhorn kustomization, so it was never deployed. Add it and revert
Gitea manifests back to longhorn-nvme as intended.
